Who the agreement is with

Cuna contracts with the agency. The agency contracts with its own clients, under its own name and its own terms. Cuna has no contract with, and sends no invoices to, an agency’s clients.

What you pay

A monthly fee per active client workspace, at the rate for the number of workspaces you run, plus metered AI usage. Fees are invoiced to the agency monthly, excluding VAT. A new workspace starts with a 14-day trial.

Your brand, your responsibility

You may present the platform under your own name, logo, colours and domain. You provide first-line support to your clients. You are responsible for the content you and your clients put into it, including the price lists and answers the AI receptionist draws on.

Data

Data in a workspace belongs to the business it is about and the agency that manages it. Cuna processes it only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement. You can export a workspace at any time.

Leaving

You can close a workspace or end the agreement with one month’s notice. On termination we hand over an export of each workspace on request and then delete the data.
