Software for the people who keep the roof on.
Roofers, plumbers, installers and gardeners run on a phone, a van and a full week. Cuna is the CRM built around that, and sold by the agencies who already know them.
Why a CRM you resell, instead of one more you recommend.
A marketing agency brings a local business its leads. Then the lead lands in a full voicemail, a WhatsApp nobody reads until evening, or a spreadsheet. The agency did its job and still loses the client, because the client never saw the money.
Cuna closes that gap. The lead is answered in minutes, the visit is booked, the quote goes out, the invoice is paid, and the report shows which campaign paid for it. All of it carries the agency’s name, because the agency is the one who earned the trust.
Cuna is Spanish for cradle: the place a client relationship starts.
Four things we hold to.
The agency owns the relationship
We never contact your clients, never invoice them and never appear in their product. If a client leaves you, they don't land with us.
The AI is labelled, always
Every automated message says it is one. A customer should never have to wonder whether they're talking to a person.
No number it can't back up
The receptionist quotes from the price list or not at all. We would rather it says "I'll ask a colleague" than guess.
Boring where it counts
Tenant isolation at the database row, scoped API keys, an audit trail on everything. The parts nobody demos are the parts we test hardest.
Data and EU hosting.
You are putting your clients’ customers into this system. Here is exactly where that data lives and who can touch it.
Hosted in the EU
Application, database and backups run in EU data centres. Customer data does not leave the EU for storage.
One workspace per client
Each client is its own tenant, isolated with row-level security in the database, not just in application code.
Your data is yours
A full export of a workspace is available at any time, and is handed over on request when a contract ends.
AI without training on you
Conversations are sent to the AI provider to produce an answer and for nothing else. They are not used to train models.
Processor, not controller
Your client controls their customer data, you act on their behalf, and we process it under a data processing agreement.
An audit trail on everything
Who changed what, when, through the app or the API. Including every message the AI sent.
Talk to the people who build it.
A demo call is with someone who works on the product, not a sales script. Bring the awkward questions.
