Who do you bill: us or our clients?+
You. Cuna is priced per client workspace and billed to your agency at a wholesale rate. You set the retail price your clients pay and keep the difference. We never invoice your clients or appear on their statements.
How does AI pricing work?+
Every AI answer (receptionist replies, assistant queries) is labelled and metered. You get a transparent per-workspace usage view, so the cost of the AI is always visible and never a surprise at the end of the month.
Is there a per-seat charge inside a workspace?+
No hidden per-seat tax. A client workspace includes the team that runs it. Pricing scales with the number of client workspaces you run, not with how many people each client puts in theirs.
Can we start with one client?+
Yes. Launch is designed for exactly that: bring one client live, see how it lands, and add workspaces as you win more. From your fifth workspace the lower Studio rate applies to all of them. There's no minimum commitment to get started.
